CAT THOMAS
Teacher - Director - Actor

ABOUT ME
Cat Thomas is a theatre arts teacher, director, and actor currently pursuing her MFA in Directing at The University of South Carolina, Columbia. She taught five years at at North Brunswick High School in Leland, North Carolina, where she established the school’s first ever musical, full-length fall play, improv troupe, competition troupe, and technical theatre class. A Spring 2015 graduate from East Carolina University, she received the Outstanding Senior Award for her BFA in Theatre Arts Education. Cat was also featured on WWAY as the Teacher of the Week in May of 2017 and was awarded the Teacher of the Month of North Brunswick High School in March of 2017. In addition to teaching and directing, she continues to grow in her craft by acting in community theatre productions.
